Exceptional

Liked: The hotel is so accommodating. Great for bikes. The rooms are large, airy and quiet. The garden is a city centre oasis of calm and the hotel is really close to the centre and easy to get to by car.

Great location and comfortable beds.

Liked: Great location for seeing the city centre. Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Room was very warm which made sleeping quite uncomfortable.

We found a gem, good...

Liked: Staff were wonderful, loved the private outdoor grounds area under the cedar trees. Staff were so attentive, brought cushions to make the seating even more comfortable while we enjoyed a an afternoon bottle of wine from their menu. Hotel location is good, breakfast was also very nice.
Disliked: Heaters in the room didnt work but the staff brought portable heaters right away that solved the problem. L
