Overall, staying here is enjoyable...

Liked: The staff, especially Amine, are super friendly and helped us with our luggage! The location is excellent as well! There's a metro station around the corner, and also a McDonald's, supermarket, subway, etc.
Disliked: There is no air conditioning (only a fan) and no elevator to the ground floor.

Liked: The hotel clerk got me to another location for appropriate accomodation
Disliked: I feel that I was mislead:1. The hotel did not provide shuttle service although I have a a screen shot from booking.com to call to arrange for service from the airport. 2. The elevator (lift) was after you climbed a tightly turned set of stairs so it was a non starter for me. There is no way I could do those stairs daily and been ok. I have mobility issues so it was truly unfortunate.3. The hotel is listed as a 3 star and it is a 2 star.4. I was not given a refund despite the fact that there was no way I could have stayed there due to mobility issues and getting off on the wrong foot not having a lift from the airport (again a mobility issue). I lost the entirety of my reservation of 9 days. :'( 5. While the manager wanted to tell me that they would not give me a refund, they were rude and went on too long as to ruin my first day in Paris.
