Liked: Centrally located, 10mins walk from the train station, by the river in old town. Love the balconies in the room, just overlooking the river. Coffee machine & selection of coffee is one of the best i come across in Europe
Disliked: Overall the service is good except there's an occasion the service staff is annoyed by me asking for bath salt on the second day (there's 3 of us in the room)

Awesome place to stay in...

Liked: Loved the location! The room was bigger than most in Europe. It was very clean. We loved sitting on the balcony off of the lobby over looking the water, mountains, Jesuit church and chapel bridge. Staff was fantastic as well!
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Location was perfect, coffee in the room.
Disliked: Cream rinse was not provided because it was not a suite. That seems a bit petty. About 20 stairs to climb at check in, had to drag luggage up those stairs , no elevators.
