Disliked: The room we stayed in was not what we booked.It had 6 boxed air conditioning units in the apartment stacked next to the table.The air conditioning in the apartment did not work.There were ants in the kitchen area.There were stains on the pillow casesThere were stains on the wallThere was rubbish (empty drinks bottle and tissues) at the side of the bed and table.I had to pay the city tax, despite the booking confirmation saying it was paid, the hotel manager was a very rude man.Incredibly noisy street at night

Disliked: Facility run down. Especially second stay AC was not working and sink was not working. Need to invest in making property better

Top notch location for a...
Liked: Great location, walkable to many restaurants. You feel part of the local live (a school across the street, many locals eating at the restaurants, a couple of supermarkets on the same street...)Quiet room. Super clean bedding and bathroom. Big windows to let air in.
Disliked: Stairs! Even if using the lift (5th floor and suitcases) you still needed to climb or descend a few super narrow steps to acccess your room. Not acessible if you've got mobility issues. The room was tiny. It was great for a one-night stay but would not recommend for longer. It mgiht be that other rooms are bigger?
