Liked: We had to make emergency changes upon arrival to our onward travel arrangements. The receptionist, Clementine, was amazing. She spent two hours with us sorting out options even though it was late at night. She was empathetic, patient and kind. Because of the last-minute changes to our travel, we left early the following morning and forgot to pay. The hotel manager was understanding and helped us later in the day in making a late payment. We would unreservedly recommend the hotel to others. It is arty, comfortable and the service excellent.

Loved it.

Liked: Small comfortable boutique hotel in the middle of town, with individually designed rooms. We had the Bande Desinee room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Relaxed and easy. 15 minute walk from the train station.
Disliked: Not a problem for us, but guests need to be able to climb stairs.

Really wonderful place to stay,...

Liked: Staff are lovely and helpful, they were able to store our backpacks prior to check in with no problem. Rooms are ambient and very clean/updated. Location is central with many shops and places to eat nearby.
