Liked: The room was small but it was ok for a couple of nights and I mostly just used it at night.Location is great, close to station and in the city centre however to be fair the city is not that big and you can easily walk everywhere.
Disliked: The shower wasn't hot enough for me and in general wasn't great.There wasn't a way to control the temperature in the room, the aircon/heating seemed to be off despite controllers being available. I get that it was likely due to saving energy and I appreciate that, but at the same time I felt a little cold and would have liked the option to just warm up the room a little

Liked: Great location in old city near restaurants etc and 5 mins from cathedral. The bed was super comfortable. It would be nice to have kettle etc in room

Misleading Rating and Unhygienic Stay...

Liked: A very disappointing experience.We had a terrible stay. The rooms were extremely dirty – all the mattress covers were clearly unwashed, with hair and stains on them. There was no hot water in the showers, and despite raising the issue with staff, nothing was done to fix it.We booked this based on Booking.com where the hotel is rated as a three-star, yet the hotel itself only claims to be a two-star – something also stated in their own advertising. The entire experience felt misleading and far below acceptable standards.
