Unsatisfactory

Liked: Other than proximity to transport, Hotels des Andelys should do better. It didn't for once look like a hotel. The rooms especially the floor were very dirty. The stare case had more dirt than the street of Paris. Very poor WiFi connection. I as so disappointed

Disliked: No facilities and dirty

Exceptional

Liked: the great location, reasonable price, flexibility to accommodate personal needs, availability of hot water, a mirror, good ventilation, curtains, hangers, sockets near the bed and one additional, a wardrobe, clean bed linen, soap, and towels
Disliked: The only things I didn’t like were that, although there was Wi-Fi, the signal didn’t reach my room, and the spiral staircase made it a bit uncomfortable to carry my suitcase
