Liked: The location was excellent—very close to the station and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants.Although only paper cups were provided in the room, the front desk kindly let us use plates, forks, spoons, and a microwave upon request, which was really helpful.
Disliked: The room felt a bit small for a family of four, and it would have been nicer to have more space or a small desk to place personal items. Overall, the limited space made the stay feel a little cramped.

Disliked: BEWARE. BOOKING.COM POSTS THE POSITIVE REVIEWS AS "RELEVANT" BE SURE TO FILTER BY NEGATIVE REVIEWS WHICH I AGREE WITH 100 %THIS IS A DIRTY HOTEL. JUST FORM LEANING ON BED AND TYPING, I GOT A RASH WITH LITTLE RED BUMPS ON MY ARM. ALL ALONG THE WALL OF THE ROOM (ESPECIALLY HIDDEN BY THE CURTAIN) IS LAYERS OF DIRT. I DID NOT STAY. I DID NOT GET MONEY BACK. I WAS LEAVING WITHOUT EVEN ASKING FOR MONEY BACK. THE FRONT DESK INSISTED ON CALLING OWNER (A NICE GESTURE) TO INQUIRE WHAT SHE SHOULD DO. SHE TOOK A PICTURE OF MY ARM. HONESTLY, I JUST WANTED TO GET OUT, I WAS SO ALARMED BY MY ARM AND WHEN I DREW THE CURTAINS, I SAW THAT NO ONE HAD CLEANED UNDER THE WINDOW FOR A VERY LONG TIME.THE FRONT DESK WAS SEEMINGLY NICE BUT SHE INSISTED I WAIT WHILE SHE INSPECTED MY ROOM. SHE SAID IT WAS AN OLD HOTEL AND IT WAS NOT DIRTY. SHE SAID THIS EVEN AFTER I SLID MY FINGER ON SURFACES IN THE RECEPTION HALL THAT CLEARLY SHOWED IT WAS NOT CLEAN. EVEN THE BANNISTER WAS DIRTY.SHE CAME DOWN AND SAID SHE DID NOT SEE THE DIRT NOR ANYTHING THAT COULD HAVE GIVEN ME A RASH OR BITE (THIS WAS PERPLEXING SINCE MAYBE THIS WOULD REQUIRE A MICROSCOPE ON THE BED)I DO NOT KNOW HOW SHE WOULD EXPLAIN MY ARM FULL OF RED MARKS AND I WAS CLEARLY FREAKED OUT AND JUST WANTED TO LEAVE.I HAVE NEVER EVER LEFT A HOTEL NOR GIVEN A BAD REVIEW BUT THIS WAS SO OVER THE TOP, I THINK BOOKING.COM SHOULD REMOIVE IT, AND THE FRENCH HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD INSPECT.I WAS LEAVING WITHOUT ASKING FOR MONEY BACK SO I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE FRONT DESK CONTRADICTING ME. IT WAS A SURREAL EXPERIENCE BECAUSE IT IS SO OBVIOUSLY FILTHY AND DISGUSTING. I AM NOT SURE IF THE FRONT DESK JUST DID NOT WANT TO ADMIT THIS OR SHE WAS LIVING IN AN ALTERNATE REALITY.PLEASE CHECK/FLITER BY THE NEGATIOVE REVIEWS: MY EXPERIENCE SAYS THEY ARE TOTALLY BELIEVABLE. IT IS NOT WORTH THE LOW PRICE.

Too much smoke from staff.

Liked: Good location. This is my honest review of how I found the accommodation.Welcoming staff.
Disliked: Cigarette smoking in the front entrance, plus breakfast room, we had to walk through a cloud of smoke and could smell it all the way up to our room on level 3. We are non smokers with heart and lung issues, not a good look to have so much smoke and butts laying in the pot-plant at the entrance. No lift.3 flights of stairs

Good location

Liked: Amazing location. It is near the train station and is around 5-15min walk to the main attractions. The reception is also 24 hrs.
Disliked: -Lots of stairs and no lifts.-No window on bathroom so it is always humid/hard to be dry as it is always wet

Liked: Perfect location. Quiet room and room. Comfortable bed. Basic but all you need for a quiet rest.
