Lovely hotel , awesome views...

Liked: Wonderful views, location close to station and right next to the lake. The staff was very friendly and sweet
Disliked: The restaurant though award winning has a very limited breakfast options and none of them are within the 'budget' of 18.5 CHF. So technically breakfast included means only bread and coffee unlike all others places we have been too where buffet was available. Also options for vegetarians are limited

Lovely hotel

Liked: Excellent location near the train station and across from the main wooden bridge. Breakfast voucher was a bonus and the breakfast was nice. Staff was very welcoming.
Disliked: Nothing

Best location in Lucerne.

Liked: The location is amazing. The people at the desk were friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming.
Disliked: It was perfect!

We would stay here again

Liked: Excellent, informative staff, with excellent English. Restaurant dinner was superb. Vouchers for restaurant given at check-in were very helpful. Housekeeping did a very good job. Ask for Room 230. Great view of historic Chapel Bridge
Disliked: Water temperature in shower fluctuated too much.
