I would like a refund...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: No one was working the place it’s closing down and no one there told me there was no one thwyd stay in my hotel I would like a refunded I did not like it at all

Liked: The location is good.
Disliked: It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed there multiple times. Found out at check in that the hotel is closing in a few weeks. That was never disclosed prior to the stay. I booked 2 rooms and my co workers stay was under my name as well, and his experience was even worse. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I asked for the managers name and she said she was the manager. When I asked for a corporate office number, she told me to google it and try to find it. I expect a full refund or I will dispute it on my credit card.

Disliked: No amenities , no lighting in the room.

Liked: When we arrive the check in was great the employees were attentive and very helpful! But there were no food/bar/pool ext open or available! Other than that the rooms were clean and comfortable
