Great rooms, good location and...

Liked: The room was spacious and perfectly clean. We were amazed with how much dedication and effort the cleaning of the room was done with. I would definitely suggest this hotel to anyone for a stay in Seville.

Great, very convenient location but...

Liked: The location is very central, walking distance to all attractions and good shopping area
Disliked: This was our second stay in the same hotel in 10 days. We were moderately happy with our stay on 12-15 April but not quite the same for 21 April. The room was looking at an internal hall, with almost no fresh air coming in. It was very small for two people, felt quite claustrophobic. The sink was blocked and although we made a note about it to the reception, it wasn’t dealt with. We had difficult time each time we used the sink. The parquet floor at the entrance had risen up and it was making it impossible for the door to close or open without us forcing it to. We also complained about it to the reception and asked for another room but they weren’t helpful. As mentioned in my previous review, there is not much privacy in the hotel as there are serious isolation issues. You can clearly hear the noises on the corridor or even in the attached rooms. And I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to the disabled or elderly because you have to climb up 6-7 steps with your luggages at the entrance and there is no mechanism to make the process smoother. We had two heavy luggages and had difficulty carrying them up and down the stairs with our existing back problems.

Liked: Nothing much a basic room
Disliked: We were unable to access the hotel until 6.30pm as there was a religious ceremony (semana santa ) going past the front door for around 4hours and we were unable to walk through this. We are not religious Surely it would have made sense to advise us of this in advance We communicated this to reception who couldn’t have cared less and gave us bad attitude

Liked: Very centrical, very clean, good breakfast and wonderful beds.

Liked: Center town, access to many shops and activities
Disliked: DO NOT GO TO SEVILLE during Easter week unless you were planning to partake in the Easter parades and ceremonies. It is 1 week long from noon to midnight, CROWDS of people on the streets, most services closed for this event. The hotel only sent an email AFTER the option to cancel about this event, so too late to cancel without a fee. Parking was next to impossible despite the hotel saying they had parking. We had to walk 1.5 km to the hotel from parking and paid 29 euros / day . Hotel would not reimburse. Would have been nice to know sooner of such a massive and important festive to decide if this works in a traveller's plan.
