Liked: Very well located if you need to stay in Pasadena - not quite to explore Los Angeles

Liked: Central location to downtown Pasadena.
Disliked: Old. Rooms need upgrading. Exterior grounds very old, all concrete.

Liked: The location was perfect for the event we attended.
Disliked: The room was not supplied with enough towels for 4 people, which is the number on my booking. No cups provided for the coffee machine. These were brought when we call the front desk, but then only 2 cups.

Very good

Liked: Great location within walking distance to Old Pasadena. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Disliked: I was not pleased to have to pay $30 a night for parking that was shared with the convention center. We stayed mid-week so it was not crowded but I can imagine that it would be very difficult to find a parking space on a weekend or if there was a convention. The fitness room was small and not well ventilated. There was a decent set of free weights but very limited options for cardio. The addition of some Peloton bikes and Concept II rowers would be a big improvement.
