Liked: The location was perfect for the event we attended.
Disliked: The room was not supplied with enough towels for 4 people, which is the number on my booking. No cups provided for the coffee machine. These were brought when we call the front desk, but then only 2 cups.

Very good

Liked: Great location within walking distance to Old Pasadena. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Disliked: I was not pleased to have to pay $30 a night for parking that was shared with the convention center. We stayed mid-week so it was not crowded but I can imagine that it would be very difficult to find a parking space on a weekend or if there was a convention. The fitness room was small and not well ventilated. There was a decent set of free weights but very limited options for cardio. The addition of some Peloton bikes and Concept II rowers would be a big improvement.

Liked: The location. It's an easy walk to most places.
Disliked: The room is small, I paid for breakfast with the room,however I did not automatically get the vouchers at check in you have to ask for them. The rooms are not sound proof.

Liked: We walk to t he main downtown area. That's when decided to eat lunch after lunch we shipped ar a shoe store DSW warehouse inc. Then walk back to the hotel was less then 10min. The time to eat and shopping was very well planned. Thank the hotel for there caring for my family needs.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: Great room, comfy beds, amazing location! Pool was so fun!
Disliked: Needed hand soap dish in the bathroom.
