Liked: I really liked the bed, comforters. comfortable
Disliked: Noisy street - window just by the road, and something was beeping every time the car passes... and also- stairs to the room with no facility to roll the luggage up! I am a small girl, solo traveler, it was very hard to get my suitcase up, and mine was lower floor, can only imagine for people who live upper floors. How come the hotel does not have a lift??

Good choice for a short...

Liked: The location is excellent – easy access to many places, close to the Old Town and the main train station. Breakfast was decent; I could enjoy a relaxed meal before work with both hot and cold options. On request, the lady at the kitchen prepared a delicious scrambled egg for me, which was a nice touch.The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very small and felt a bit cramped, but the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was fine, though also quite small. Cleaning was available upon request.Overall, a very good choice for 1–2 nights. Great value for the price. I will definitely come back during my next stay in Kraków.
