Disliked: This was the most terrible trip in my life. We are traveling with two children, one child is one and a half years old.We booked two rooms a week before arrival. On the day of our arrival we were informed that a parade of tolerance and equality would pass by the hotel and that all roads in the center would be closed. And we were informed of this three hours before the roads were closed!!! not a day, not two days, but three hours!!! I am sure that they were informed in advance about the organization of the parade near the hotel and they knew that the guests would not be able to get into the hotel on that day.How was I supposed to check in with my things and a small child in my arms if I couldn't get to the hotel until late at night??? I shouldn't have parked my car in another part of Berlin, paid for parking and traveled across Berlin to the hotel.We couldn't get to the hotel, they didn't return our moneyThe hotel staff is irresponsible, the check-in organization is disgusting.
