Liked: good idea to have all rooms away from street side due to typical Tijuana noisy polluted incessant street traffic.
Disliked: not conveniently located from airport, no possibilities of walking to/from airport and stuck having to take scammer taxis... very bad experience with taxi to hotel (asking for very high price (US$40) for 2.5 miles from airport!!!) fought it and ended up paying still US$23!!!! absolutely no assistance and total indifference from hotel staff. The room was ok but steps to bathroom not good idea and risky. The free breakfast very limited (pancakes OR some fruits plate only) very sour unfriendly waitress at that time. rather unfriendly indifferent reception too.

Liked: Close to the airport. The suite room is spacious, with three beds and a recliner couch, and the bath has a nice shower. Alan and the waitress that served us breakfast were very nice. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The suite room was the last one in the building. The curtain rods were sticky and dirty as was the carpet. The beds were cold and uncomfortable. There was a noise all night coming from upstairs. There is no elevator but Alan helped with the heavy bags.
