Liked: The attention of the staff and their willingness to accommodate my requests. The hotel looks small in the photos but it doesn’t feel like it when you’re there, everything is well thought out. The decor on the room that I requested was more than what I imagined.

Good location and restaurant bar...

Liked: staff was friendly and breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: The last morning I was to go breakfast and the gardeners were watering and my entrance to my room was all wet and somewhat dangerous. When I returned from Breakfast my entry way was in direct range of the sprinklers and even worse when I finally left. My guess is they didn't know someone was in that room.

Disliked: The air conditioning was terrible under the night was very noisy, and we can't sleep too well, and at the morning everything was under the water cause of the air conditioning.

Disliked: I came back from an event approximately at 2 AM and my room didnt have water. I couldnt wash my face nor my teeth with water from the sink. Also I wasnt told before or upon arrival that I couldnt have any beverages that werent sold in the hotel. I looked at the beverages menu and they didnt have the wine I liked so I went and bought one to a store near the hotel. It was until I was sitting in the pool, when they told me they could charge me $400 MXN just for drinking something they didnt sell. I told them they didnt have that wine in their menu, and that nobody told me about that rule so I wouldnt pay that but I had to stop drinking my wine.
