Not a good experience

Liked: Good location And a nice breakfast buffet.
Disliked: Unfortunately we had a plumbing issue in our bathroom, We had a bad smell coming from the drains. Also the last night of our stay the air conditioning was broken in all 3 rooms. They weren’t fixed before our departure and We weren’t compensated in anyway for how uncomfortable we were on the night before a long travel day. The manager Said they can’t do anything because we booked on booking.com I cannot recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Milan area. The whole experience was spotty. The air conditioning being out is a huge inconvenience and to not compensate your guests in anyway is unacceptable.

Very good

Liked: Location was perfect, staff were great and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great and the staff at breakfast were amazing. Check in/out staff were amazing as well. Loved the rooftop bar.
Disliked: We had noisy neighbours in the hotel, not the hotel’s fault and one wait staff at the rooftop bar was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable but the rest of the staff were amazing.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff. Rooftop bar and breakfast both excellent.
Disliked: Rooms were dated and one had pencil drawings all over the wall. Showers fine / usable but not what I'd expect from a 4 star hotel.
