A truly luxurious hotel

Liked: Honestly, I cannot express how polite and kind all the staff and workers in the hotel were, starting with the reception staff and the concierge service, especially Mr. Ramo, as well as the workers next to the elevators and doors, and also the workers during breakfast. I hope I did not forget anyone. We had a problem with the air conditioning unit and they did not delay even for a few minutes. I advise everyone who sets foot in Milan to choose this wonderful hotel.

For me (as a lawyer)...

Liked: Very good breakfast, ecpacially coffee with possibility of choice espresso, americano with some special cups and elegant a pot of coffee. Serivce staff very nice.Convinient location also to get tu Teatro la Scala.
Disliked: Not seriouse lack but 2- 3 more racks for dresses and also more racks /hook (on the wall) for bathrobe or towel in batfroom.On tv maybe some more radio channels with music to have some nice music to listen.
