Perfect hotel for a city...

Liked: Fun and interesting decor in the hotel which makes it stand out from other hotels. Great location, just off Queen Street so a bit quieter, but really in the middle of everything. Room was comfortable with nice teas and coffee. Loved the proper size mugs in the room - so many hotels just provide tiny cups in the bedroom, which is really annoying.

Liked: Great location, really central, loved the decor, excellent beer selection and included breakfast was a bonus.

Deco delight.

Liked: This place is a little gem. We were upgraded to a bigger room and found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful. Room was adorable and very clean with excellent attention to detail. Thank you Sivijana. It’s also very quiet at night so makes for a good sleep. We ate in the restaurant which was great and Nana provided wonderful service and her amazing personality. The bar is intimate and charming as is the whole place. Just can’t fault anything. The location is perfect too. We will definitely return.
Disliked: We were charged for a mini bar drink we hadn’t consumed. However Alvaro quickly remedied that and was kind enough to organise posting a handbag id left in the wardrobe back to my home address. So actually there’s nothing to not like here!
