Disappointing

Liked: The shower, the location, the fridge
Disliked: Hard beds, useless pillows, staff came in the room without any consent at all twice in 1 morning. No possibility to deny room cleaning with a hanger on the door. Very loud guests and thin walls. Balcony is connected to the next room so they can just walk in your room if you open your window. Slow elevator and no AC.

Stay away from this "hotel"

Disliked: When I arrived, the staff were not present to check me in. They were also unreachable via app messages and phone calls. Hours later, they finally responded, but by then I had already booked somewhere else. Consequently, they refused to issue a refund.Moreover, they implied that it was a self check-in, which was not true — there was no mention of self check-in on the property page, nor did they provide any such information before my arrival. It's disappointing that Booking.com seems to let them get away with this.
