Overall, I was satisfied.

Liked: The breakfast was good, the location is central, but the stairs were very tiring.
Disliked: The stairs were very narrow and there were many of them. Therefore, it was tiring.

Liked: The owner is very arrogant and not welcome.No service at all .
Disliked: 100 dangerous stairs to my room.He charge me two times for the service ,I please him to cancel the second night wine hour whe. I make the booking. he said is not possible but I already was cancel in booking.But I was already there and super tired with laguages to 100 floor upstairs.So he push me to pay the second night .And from booking charge me again 80 euro. What is this crazy behaviour from his side.Then Monday I please him for charger or to call he said is no possible .I can’t even go home because this is far away from normal hotel who cares for their costumers.I was crying I. The morning that I feel worried I will be late for work and he even do t give me to call.The breakfast including in the prose the first morning was one egg with bread and very bad smelling salami .And he knock at the door at 8:30 in the morning to give me what is this hotel?!??I want my money back this was the worst stay I ever have even I do t go so much to the hotel .Was terrible horror.
