Liked: LocationOverall experienceStaff have improved over my previous experiences in this hotel over the past 2 years. Both at Reception and at the bar. The bar staff exceeded expectations. Specially the Manageress! She is first class professional and friendly.
Disliked: PriceyThe restaurant struggles to be original and comes up short. But it probable reflects an overall condition in the Netherlands.

Liked: I have been to this hotel before and it was a good experience. quite good. Breakfast great, restaurant tasty. Staff helpful, I even cancelled my bike reservation too late and they still refunded me for the day.
Disliked: This time in the summer, they could use a fan or air conditioner.

Liked: It's a vintage style hotel in the centre of Wagengen. It's really nice, clean and equipped with all the amenities.
Disliked: Breakfast is really overpriced, it is almost 20 euros. It is optional, so I would have breakfast at some other place.

Liked: The room is very beautiful, creatively decorated and designed following the theme. The bed is comfortable and the location is excellent. The staff is friendly and available.
Disliked: The room and bathroom were unfortunately not clean. The floors were very dirty, the towels smelled bad and left white, fluffy residue when using them and the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We complained to the staff and even after the second round of cleaning the problem persisted.
