Disliked: Subject: Disappointing Dining ExperienceWe decided to have dinner at the restaurant, but the experience was very disappointing.First, several menu items were unavailable. The waitress’s uniform was completely disheveled—her shirt was partially tucked in and out, which looked very unprofessional.The food was mediocre. For example, the waitress brought us bread from another table that the guests had refused, simply because it was old and hard. When I requested fresh bread, they served us frozen bread reheated in the oven, which completely ruined the meal. No butter was offered, nor was tap water provided, despite only three tables being occupied.The lack of basic details—no tablecloth, no attention to service—made the restaurant feel lacking in charm, especially for the standard expected from this kind of hotel.We had hoped to order dessert but decided to leave and take a walk instead.
