Very good

Liked: The location is perfect, very close to cafes and bus stops and metro station. The room was clean. Though small, I think it was still better than other places we stayed in the past. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't try the food at their restaurant. It's 10 minutes walk from Triumph the arch and 5 min walk + 7 minutes bud ride to Eiffel Tower. One gets the view of Eiffel Tower from the next street.
Disliked: The night we were staying, the false fire alarm in the middle of the night scared the hell out of us...
