I would like refund for...
Liked: The staff checking me in was nice.
Disliked: I checked in on Wednesday April 3. The check-in process was almost impossible because the power was out. The power came back and we were able to begin the check-in process. We couldn't finish because the power was out again. The staff member walked me to my room and told me I couldn't leave because the keycards wouldn't work without power. He didn't even give me a keycard. I couldn't shower in the darkness, couldn't charge my phone, or turn on any light. Had to rely on my phone's light. Additionally, the room was freezing and the fire alarm kept being triggered. I slept about an hour and a half with all of this mess and had to get to airport by 6:30am. Terrible experience.

Liked: Not much
Disliked: Very odd - relatively far from LGA, odd neighborhood on the edge of Koreatown, unlike any other “airport hotel’ I have ever been to. NYC view was out of a tiny window - uncomfortable bed.

Really stylish, comfy and clean...
Liked: Really nice boutique hotel in LGA area. Stylish and with really well made rooms. Prices may vary from time to time, but for 1 night paying (taxes included) around 150$ in this area, is correct.My room was really silent, well cleaned and comfy bed. Washroom with a nice walk-in shower, big mirror and proper lighting.
Disliked: Definitively the breakfast. It was not bad, but nodoby was there (just me and my colleague) and it took something like 20 mins to have my omelette served. Plus, 15 mins to have a black coffee. The view from the breakfast room is great, but it was so cold there.My colleague had some eggs with with bacon, and he said the bacon was not good at all.So I suggest to improve the quality and the service there, although the gentleman that served us was definitively very kind and professional.

Liked: Staff were friendly, room and bathroom were great.
Disliked: Location was a little sketchy. There was a really drunk guy harassing people at the check in counter. Despite the security procedures, strangers were pounding on my door in the middle of the night. Did not feel super safe.

Waste of time and money....
Disliked: I got double charged for a room my husband already paid for through booking.com. I got charged MORE money at the damned property. Then when I tried to prove it was paid (showing my confirmation email for my stay, my bank statement showing proof of payment AND the double charge they put on my card AND the initial complete payment on my husbands card— not including a $50.00 security deposit) The young lady at the desk told me to wait until morning to take it up with someone BECAUSE (conveniently— might I add) “There is no manager here .Someone will be back at 10 am tomorrow, after checkout time.“ I left at 7am due to a meeting at the consulate general.I wasn’t even given a business card of who I can contact to follow up about my concern.The lady at the desk looked at me like I had three heads— WHO would want to be charged TWICE and UPCHARGED for a room they already paid for??? I traveled 6 hours on a damn plane, just to wait an hour for their shuttle AND then had to explain four different times to the front desk, my room was paid for, Including my receipts and bank statements AND a call from booking.com customer service. This stay was absolutely horrid. I tried talking to the front desk associate for almost a full hour . I arrived around 8pm (again— waiting an hour for the shuttle to even show up) I’ve yet to get my security deposit back— even after I didn’t even sleep in that bed nor did I leave a mess. You’ve got to be kidding me. No help, no apology, no chance to refund for a double charge even with proof. None whatsoever. We’re severely disappointed in this whole situation. It’s been over a month and I’ve yet to hear from ANYONE.

Acceptable, especially in an emergency
Liked: Because Delta canceled my flight and many other flights at 8pm, I was glad to get a room.
Disliked: No shuttle from the airport, quite far from La Guardia, strange shared space with another institution.
