Liked: very helpful staff, secure parking
Disliked: very difficult to find the parking entrance, poor facilities, endless corridors plus steps to negotiate to reach our room (I am partially disabled and did not find anywhere to record this when booking) breakfast disappointing e.g. my scrambled eggs were like gravel

Convenient and clean.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location.
Disliked: Rooms were hot and stuffy. I tried to use the air-conditioning, but it had negligible effect. Granted, it was a hot day.

Good location and comfortable room.

Liked: The reception staff were friendly and very helpful.The access from the courtyard to reception and the elevator made it easy to load/unload bike panniers.Large comfortable room with comfortable bed.Our room overlooked the courtyard so was quiet most of the time, although one guest had an hours’ long unmuted phone/computer conversation there that was annoying.
Disliked: Bike storage in locked courtyard but not undercover.Air conditioning not turned on to cooling at this time of year, but the nights were cool enough with the windows open.
