An outstanding and relaxing stay

Liked: The room was fantastic with lots of space. The Japanese bathroom was outstanding with a very restful bath to soak in for an hour or so with an apero. The madeleines presented were a lovely touch. The bedroom was very clique with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was extremely delicious with a wide variety of choices. On the whole the staff were very helpful and eager to please.
Disliked: The check in was slightly confusing and I was a bit disappointed that the bath was not run before I came as I specifically requested it by email. It was slightly disappointing that different types of bath soaks were not available at the hotel as advertised in YouTube videos. Some of the command of English of some staff members was not I would expect at a 5 star rated hotel.
