Post Recovery Getaway

Liked: I came to stay here for a post operation recovery. The heat in Guadalajara is really high and we decided to stay in a familiar place to avoid the heat and rest. The check in, the bell boy, the restaurant staff, the room service, the cleaning staff were absolutely helpful and caring. They assisted me and made me as confortable as possible and even escorted my nurse on her daily visits. The care and support was priceless and I am very thank to everyone for theyIt kindness and support.

Disliked: The did not clean the bathroom. The sink drained slow. The fan in the bathroom was broken, and was filthy like it had been for a long time.
