Disliked: Room small and quiet drab for a 4* hotel. Breakfast was okay.

Liked: Friendly staff. Excellent location. Onsite parking (limited).
Disliked: Hotel is in need of updating. Rooms need a little more attention. We stayed in 2 different rooms. Both needed attention to the mould on the bathroom tiles. Breakfast is okay but nothing special. Bar isn’t really used and not very comfortable.

Liked: The staff were lovely really helpful and friendly, warm welcome!
Disliked: The breakfast felt limited, poor coffee, in need of a refresh. The carpets were stained - especially on the stairs, parking limited.

Liked: I have stayed at this hotel before, so I chose to return due to it's location close to the centre of the town and it also has a good restaurant. Breakfast is the usual buffet style, all fresh and no complaints over choice from me

Liked: Lovely hotel in old part of Arras. Close to market square & restaurants. Room was very good. We have stayed here once before & would return again. Breakfast was fantastic.
