Liked: Very close to the centre.
Disliked: The room did not have an iron. We had to basically go down to the laundry room to get our clothes iron…

Liked: Location great for Gare Montparnasse , Metro, 91 bus to Gare du Nord and other stations, and nice safe neighbourhood

Clean, quiet and comfortable

Liked: Perfect for an overnight with an early train from Gare Montparnasse. Clean, quiet and comfortable with plenty of places to eat nearby. Friendly staff too.

Good value for money.

Liked: Location and the garden in the backyard
Disliked: The breakfast was a disappointment. The buffet was often lacking items like bread and scrambled eggs. Too often we had to ask for refills.

A bit disappointed

Liked: The room was generally nice and the beds were comfortable. The location was quiet.
Disliked: On asking at reception why there wasn't a safe in the room, we were assured by the person on reception that there was one (and that all of their rooms have safes) and he then went up to our room to check. However, it was then confirmed that there was indeed no safe; this seemed an unnecessary and unpleasant stress for our stay and, after an added issue with our key, this delayed our plans on a very short trip. The breakfast was also rather sparse and not worth the money. Overall I expected more for the money and based on previous reviews.
