Excellent customer service, location &...

Liked: Manon was the best hotel receptionist I have ever encountered - Friendly, welcoming with impeccable English. Callista who did the change overs and covered reception was excellent. The hotel is in a perfect central location 5 mins walk in all directions to transport links and beautiful bars & restaurants. The 8€ breakfasts set us up for the whole day of sightseeing. Highly recommend.

Budget hotel with less cleanliness.

If you're a strictly price...

Liked: Location was very good - right in the center of Bordeax. The restaurant at the sister hotel (Quatre Soeurs) was a good value.
Disliked: Floor carpeting was old and dirty, not a pretty hotel in the least. Room was small with no air conditioning. It did have a fan, but the only socket to plug it in was on the opposite side of the room from the window, so there was a power cord draped across the room. A wall sconce (applique) fell off the wall when I tried to turn it on.
