Liked: Great location and super quiet - for budget accommodation / hard to complain If they repainted the room walls got new towels and steam cleaned or replaced the carpet - this place would be superb

Great location at a very...

Liked: Great location right in the city centre. The hotel is an old building and the rooms are dated but are fit for purpose. I was there for a sports game so it fit the bill nicely. Do not expect the Ritz. Great location at a very reasonable cost.
Disliked: The shower took a bit of adjusting to get right but once I figured that out it was all good.

I wouldn't stay there again

Disliked: excessively complicated keys to enter building. toilet makes a lot of noise when you flush. No lobby - we had to get keys in other building. shower had bursts of cold/hot water

Disliked: Basic hotel near the Opera House,but thats the only plus.The room was very small with a window that opened out to dirty brick walled alley.The lift kept breaking down and as i was on the 4th floor this was an issue.The hotel advertises free Wi Fi but this is a lie as there is no wifi signal.No coffee or tea making facilities.Made a big mistake booking this hotel
