Disliked: The staff.

As people in our 80s...

Liked: Clean and comfy bed and room had excellent view of Square and near stations.
Disliked: Large flight of steps to enter, although pleasant man helped with suitcases. Tiny en-suite had sliding door that was a couple of inches too small. Plus we had 1 hand towel and 1 larger between 2 of us. Also no drinking glasses or tea making facilities.

Budget solution in a clean...

Liked: I liked the quality of service compared to the price.
Disliked: In front of the station, it is quite noisy from early morning.

Very good

Liked: I loved the lively location, just opposite Lille Flandres station. Very helpful staff. All facilities provided. The best part was the view.

Ideal for a short trip...

Liked: The hotel is very central - ideal for my trip as I was only staying for a night to continue my journey. I came via Eurostar and the train station Lille-Europe is just a straight 10 minute walk away to the hotel. As I continued further via Lille Flandres, the location was ideal as the hotel is located opposite the train station . The desk personnel was very polite and helpful.
Disliked: Sadly you have to climb a very steep staircase to the recreation. Not good with heavy luggage, but the desk personnel helped with that.And unfortunately WiFi wasn’t working.

Disliked: The hotel clalms to have wl fl but no slgn ln page ever opened up for me ! l. Dld manage to slgn ln to another hotel three doors along wlthout leavng my room tho.....so l doubt very much lf " Wi Fi Chambres"- in Hotel Londres works at all !

Disliked: Very steep stairs to reception only one power point very uncomfortable bed

Neat and tidy accommodation in...

Liked: Proximity to everything was excellent. Flexibility of checking in early.
Disliked: The hotel advertised that it had an elevator yet you had to walk up 20 steps to check in and access the lift.
