Exceptional

Liked: Wonderful hotel in a nice area. The staff was attentive and welcoming. It felt like coming home whenever we cane back for the night. Restaurant was amazing and the small bar was inviting and good value. The view from our balcony was iconic.

A wonderful hotel experience in...

Liked: There were four of us in one room and there was ample space. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Also, loved it that it's right at a metro station.
Disliked: Wish there had been an option of latte.

Liked: nicely renovated and spacious room, professional and friendly staff, great restaurant on site and well located at the beginning of the Plateau.

A fantastic vacation in our...

Liked: Excellent location( closed by all the tourism attractions), very comfortable room ( nice view of the Cartier bridge), good breakfast, nice balcony. We been in this hotel 7 times and we love it!
Disliked: I like everything.

Excellent staff and room. Delicious...

Liked: Breakfast and room were great. I love the location, although I was sad to see Carre St Louis (a place that I love) looking unkempt. Montreal ia always great, always refreshing. We were very pleased to be back
Disliked: Nothing you can do about it, but Carre St Louis deserves a little more love and attention.
