Exceptional

All went well as we...

Liked: Great location the community. The breakfast and wait staff were excellent. The desk staff were learning there role.
Disliked: The reservation was for a two queen beds, the desk staff sent to a room with one bed. The senior staff came up and moved the room around to accommodate the Murphy bed. This bed excellent.

Nice hotel run by hospitality...

Liked: The hotel is run by a hospitality school. The staff are generally students who are aiming to learn and be helpful.The breakfast was good and in the main restaurant.The hotel is next door to a subway stop.Excellent bistro a block away (Cafe Cherrier)
Disliked: The neighborhood looks rundown and was an unhappy surprise at first.The breakfast doesn't have self serve coffee or tea, so you have to wait for the busy waiter to bring it. Tea was apparently an unusual request and took longer to get.
