Liked: A lovely friendly hotel, approximately a 15 minute walk from the station in a central location.

Wonderful stay in a quaint...

Liked: The building is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. I loved the eco friendly atmosphere. The location is outstanding. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: I didn’t like how small the room or toilet area was. There’s not much you can do about that. But overall, it was a lovely, well thought out, and practical room. It has everything you need in that tiny space.

Disappointed although location was great

Liked: The location is the best feature of the hotel, in the city centre yet very quiet. The beds were very good. The staff at check-in are very helpful. You can ask for a discount for the parking.
Disliked: They mention on the website that the photos you see may be different from the room you get but be prepared they might be very different! We had a superior room but it was not really worth 4 stars. Breakfast is ok but you have to ask and sometimes insist for refills of bacon, eggs and fruit.

Nice cool room but disappointed...

Liked: Good breakfast
Disliked: We thought we had booked a queen size bed but the deluxe queen room only had a double bed. We queried this but were told the description was only a guide! We booked late so the room wasn't particularly cheap.
