Disliked: The room was dusty, with an unvacuumed floor strewn with pine needles. Additionally, the receptionist requested an extra 7.5 euros for an extra blanket. Therefore, if you prefer not to share a blanket with your spouse, you might want to reconsider your choice of hotel.

Beautifully renovated and a great...

Liked: The room was spacious with a very nice bathroom. The walk in shower shower splashes a little into the bathroom, but this is a small detail. The brekafast was really good, fresh and a good selection and especially the menu for order.
Disliked: Again a minor detail and a rather a personal preference is that the bed has only one large duvet. We would have loved two separate duvets, perhaps this could be arranged? We did not ask, o really just a minor thing.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are big and clean. The breakfast is very good.
Disliked: There is no phone in the room. You can not reach the reseption or room service. They say if you want to reach them we have to use our phone and call the hotel. This is an expensive hotel. İt should not be that diffucult to put a phone in the room. I had to reach the reception because I couldn't turn on the heater in my room. Since there was no phone, I went down to the reception and talked to them, but they said there was no technical staff since it was evening time and they could give me an extra blanket. It is unacceptable to stay in such an expensive hotel and receive poor service at the hostel level. Of course, I refused and they found a relevant person who insisted on solving my problem and somehow my problem was solved.You can stay in much better hotels for this price.
