Historic, boutique hotel with lovely...

Liked: A lovely, historic hotel, beautifully restored with cosy rooms.
Disliked: A/C wasn’t turned on the first night, so we had to sleep with the windows open, as it was quite hot. However, it was very noisy with the windows open and we hardly slept. Someone must have complained, as it worked the second night and we had a much better sleep. There seemed to be a lack of staff for the bar as it was quite slow in service, and at times, we couldn’t find anyone to serve us. Although it’s opposite a lovely church in a pedestrian area, it was noisy at night and we were approached by a rather unsavoury character asking for money while we sat outside the bar and noticed him harassing other customers the following night. I know this would be hard to monitor, but just be wary if you sit outside in the evening to have a drink. It is also a lot further to the old town than I expected, although very close to the pedestrian shopping area.
