Very disappointing.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room was stifling hot, roof fan did little to cool, noise from the street outside was dreadful from first light onwards. The clue was the packet of ear plugs on the bedside table perhaps. The sheets were also quite uncomfortable, perhaps polyester / poly cotton which is unusual for any hotel these days, and despite it being mid summer the duvet was heavy and thick. I had to curtail my trip by one night for business reasons but with some relief as did not sleep for the 2 nights I was there.

Liked: Perfect location, nearby public parking garage, comfortable mattress, fan over bed, pretty decor, good shower
Disliked: the bed needs a headboard, looks very incomplete without one, not to mention added comfort

Liked: Manu was fantastic! So helpful and friendly - whatever he is being paid, he deserves a pay rise. No matter how busy reception was, he dealt with it quickly and with beautiful service. When it was quiet, he was happy to chat and help us with recommendations or booking a taxi, or tell us a little about the area.
Disliked: The noise outside sometimes at night.
