Great value, great location. Superb
Liked: Great location in a cool part of Paris surrounded by nice restaurants and bars. It is great value for money and really a nice and relaxing hotel. Definitely recommend.

Liked: This hotel is extremely well located. We had to use a lot of public transport to move around the city due to limited mobility, and there are plenty of buses that go to every part of the city, as well as the metro, which was the biggest advantage for us. Furthermore, Hotel de la Tour has amazing staff! They were very friendly and made the stay very pleasant. We particularly appreciated that there was a fan in the room to keep it cool.
Disliked: The facility itself is a bit old, and the room itself is simple. However is being kept clean, and it's an overall great value for the price and location

Liked: Perfectly comfortable and quiet room handy for the train to Poitiers the next day
Disliked: Nothing. All good. Staff looked after our luggage for a while after we checked out. Very helpful.

Paris in a heatwave!!
Liked: Location: perfect for getting around the sights. Within easy walk of main train station and a metro stop on the doorstep.Area has lots of options for food and drink so no need to go to the centre of Paris unless you want to.Breakfast was served in your room and was plentiful and filling.The staff were very friendly. We were there during the recent heatwave and the room equipped with a fan and with the windows open it was fairly cool and we were able to sleep. It was fairly quiet as well which is a bonus in this busy location.
Disliked: The shower cubicle was, how do estate agents put it?, bijou. Definitely not a sharing shower but it worked, was clean and did the job.

A great place for those...
Liked: We were walking the Camino Frances. The hotel was perfectly located for exploring Paris but also being close to the Montparnasse train station. The staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable. The fridge was available for preparing for our trip to St. Jean. I would highly recommend this hotel for all Camino goers.
Disliked: View was not great but we did not care as we were mainly out of the room.

Location. Location. Location.
Liked: The owner, Frank, was most cordial and respectful. The location is in a lively pare of Paris and convenient to all. Farmers Market across the street. Steps away from Gare Montparnasse. Don’t miss the cemetery down the street. Easy walk to Luxembourg gardens.
Disliked: The noise from the sidewalk cafes went on until the wee hours of morning. This may bother some people. It lulled me to sleep. No A/C but with a fan and open windows the nights were cool enough for sleeping.
