Liked: Cheap, clean room, well positioned fo the Gare Du Nord
Disliked: Really small room for the number of people. Corridor smelt of cigarette smoke - room was fine though.

Awful hotel

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The bathroom smelled terrible. It stank. The bathroom window couldn't be opened. Bad smells came through the open window in the room. We arrived late at night and left the next morning and immediately changed hotels for the other three nights we were supposed to stay in Paris. The entrance door is not airtight so you can see inside from the outside and hear all the noises from outside, a shared bathroom is right next to the room. Now we are trying to get our money back, but they either don't answer or say they don't speak English. The pictures on the website are not real. The hotel is on a side street opposite Cafe de la Poste. It's an old building, without an elevator and in a side area, not on the boulevard. A general mess. Please don't sell it again. We changed hotels the next day first thing in the morning and when the receptionist found out we were leaving he said he didn't speak English. We were hoping to get our money back.

You get what you pay...

Liked: Super close to the metro, in a lively area of Paris.So close to Marx Doromy metro which suited us fine, as we arrived at Gare de l’est and then we had to get to st Lazare for a 45 minute trip to St.Nom.
Disliked: Ned needs to have its mattress replaced. Bathroom was surprisingly good and enough hot water at 6 am- vanity and toilet good. Can be noisy on the street - so in my case, I knew I’d be up at 6am to bath mm

Liked: The room was fair enough for our luggage, clean and tidy. The staff super friendly and kind
Disliked: A lot of stairs quite narrow, so a lot of luggage can be difficult to carry and even dangerous. Also, some neighbours can be quite loud in the night

Disliked: Poorly rooms, small toilet, no tissue inside of room even kettle no provided. Noisy rooms due to proximity to roadways, bar or nearby disturbances can disrupt sleep and relaxation. A poorly located hotel might make it inconvenient to access attractions or transportation. And Uncomfortable cheap mattresses.
