A good welcome to Paris

Liked: Clean rooms. Close to public transportation and a beautiful church. The staff was helpful.
Disliked: Parking was a fair distance away. Overpriced breakfast.

Liked: Great location right next to the metro (one line to central Paris and quick journey) and beautiful church as well as great bistros and bars. Friendly and welcoming staff and a lift which can be difficult to find in central Paris and very good value.
Disliked: There's no air conditioning which could be a problem in summer but the room did have a plug in fan.

Liked: The staff was nice and the room was clean. Ideal location.
Disliked: The plumbing must be having issues because the smell of sewage was really strong. Had to keep flushing the toilet and running the tap to get the smell of sewage away.

Liked: The location. Metro station is right next to it and there are plenty of shops around (restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, laundry shops, bakeries…)
Disliked: The room was very small and dusty
