It exceeded my expectations for...

Liked: I chose it because it was within walking distance of both train stations. I only had one night in Lille after a flight taking a flight from Canada and planning a Eurostar ride to the UK the following morning. So, it was very convenient. It was also wonderful that it was so close to the main square which is fabulous. I pt is perfectly located to enjoy a brief stay.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Nice easy location for traveling by train, and close to the centre. the hotel and rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff are lovely.
Disliked: I have stayed here many times and would love a kettle. There are not many plug sockets!

Liked: Good position not far from the train stations and near the old town and grand squares.
Disliked: In the hotel, the bathroom in room 33 is in need of a refurbish. There is not enough room between the toilet and the wall it you are tall, and the shower head over the bath leaks everywhere.

Had a lovely stay there.

Liked: Staff were lovely, the staircase and landing area were so full of character and beautiful. I think my room had been upgraded but tea/coffee making facilities would have been a nice touch.
