Liked: Great location, nice view of the lake if you pick a lake view room. Cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. Friendly staff, comfortable beds.
Disliked: Felt more like a 3 star hotel, it's dated, rooms (we stayed in 2 different ones) were not as clean as we would have liked. Wifi was very weak. Breakfast had a very basic selection, few options. Overall good, but not great.

Liked: The hotel location is great--right in the city center, with a great view of the lake. My room had a courtyard view, but that made it cheaper. It was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. A highly positive experience overall.
