Disliked: The Property was dirty They made you carry up and down your own luggage, they said fresh towels where only to be provided every second day and only one per person. There were no toiletries provided. The restaurant was dirty and the food was terrible. The Staff was was rude and didn’t care about anything.

Beautiful hotel centrally located

Liked: Location is great, about halfway up a hill overlooking Lac Leman (Lake Geneva) and if you have a room on the lake side, balconies are beautiful to have morning coffee looking at the lake and mountains. 4-5 minute walk (uphill) to the Bessieres tram station which you can take to get anywhere in town pretty easily.
