Liked: The location is amazing,.just in front of the cathedral and lots of restaurants in the place below. The staff were so helpful throughout our stay. Lots of assistance and advice. The hotel is very comfortable and very authentic in a French way which we loved. Very soundproof windows with the restaurants below.
Disliked: We loved our stay. Beware there is not a lift if you have heavy luggage.

Liked: Beautiful old property with lovely furnishings. Extremely comfy bed! Perfect location opposite the cathedral and near to lovely bars and restaurants. Close to the river too for an evening stroll. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast delicious and plentiful and parking within a stone’s throw and secure. Very highly recommended ⭐️

Liked: Beautiful rooms, very comfortable. Great location. The staff was very accommodating
Disliked: Having to carry your suitcase to the room

Perfect location in town centre

Liked: You could not be closer to the old town centre. You really feel like you’re experiencing old Metz
Disliked: The outside’room’ of the first floor is used for smokers and makes the hotel stairs smell of stale cigarette smoke and unusable by other guests.
