Liked: The concept, the modern industrial style, the linear and simple design, the wide and comfortable rooms, the youmg and helpful staff
Disliked: Position is not exceptional and still quite far from the city center, however the price for 1Night is expensive

Disliked: On March 3 I booked a reservation for April 14 through Booking.com. Hotel de Hallen confirmed the reservation and sent a reminder about the reservation on April 11. When we arrived at the hotel on April 14, they said they were overbooked and transferred us to another hotel in a part of Amsterdam where we did not want to stay. The worst hotel and customer service we have ever experienced. If you book here, you better have a backup plan. Apparently, reservations mean nothing to them!
