Terrible experience, would avoid at...

Liked: The location is a bit out of centre but still fairly easy to get to.
Disliked: I booked this hotel thinking it would have at least basic functioning amenities but the light in my room didn't work at all. The manager at the hotel was incredibly patronising and brought over a tiny floor lamp, saying this should give more than enough light for the whole room - I very much disagreed that this was a valid solution but they refused to do anything else. They couldn't move me to room with working lights and I offered to leave and find another hotel but they also wouldn't accommodate this

Clean, comfortable, friendly

Liked: Location, history, clean, friendly staff
Disliked: Lukewarm water in shower; breakfast could have had a bit more selection

Good hotel in great location

Liked: Good room good beds nice bathroom. Useful to have a safe in the room. Right beside the Food Hallen which is excellent and close to Tram 17
Disliked: Air conditioning wasn't working and the room was over 30 degrees with no way to get it cooler.
