Liked: The hotel & room were in an old fashioned style and looked very attractive
Disliked: There was an inadequate seal in the shower door which meant the bathroom floor became a bit flooded when we used the shower.

Liked: The staff was nice and helpful. Personally liked the mattresses too. The location is great.
Disliked: You could smell people had smoked in the hotel before and again in the morning too.Also, the rooms are quite outdated, and some stuff in the bathroom was not working properly.

Disliked: The room was small and facilities poor. For example the light on the stairs to the room dub not work. The tv didn’t work properly. Bathroom was small. Room decor was tired.

proper kitchen was not there,...

Liked: My booking dates were not right. although hotel has rooms available so they let me in in another hotel of same group near by. room with kitchen was actually just a sink and microwave nothing else, which is bad.
Disliked: kitchen arrangement in room, although i booked room with kitchen, and this room has nothing
