Liked: The staff was nice and helpful. Personally liked the mattresses too. The location is great.
Disliked: You could smell people had smoked in the hotel before and again in the morning too.Also, the rooms are quite outdated, and some stuff in the bathroom was not working properly.

Disliked: The room was small and facilities poor. For example the light on the stairs to the room dub not work. The tv didn’t work properly. Bathroom was small. Room decor was tired.

Liked: My booking dates were not right. although hotel has rooms available so they let me in in another hotel of same group near by. room with kitchen was actually just a sink and microwave nothing else, which is bad.
Disliked: kitchen arrangement in room, although i booked room with kitchen, and this room has nothing

Liked: Location was amazing. The room was big and spacious
Disliked: Room was not serviced on one of the days which meant we had no coffee or clean towels the next day. Reception was usually closed.

Disappointing

Liked: The hotel is situated in the center of Nijmegen.
Disliked: The maintenance is outdated. The rooms were described as soundproof but we heard guest coming back to their room in the middle of the night. In the bathroom you could hear other guests conversations without any trouble. The room was entirely covered in dust. The sheets had brown spots. We expected more.
