Good

Liked: The room was big and spacious. There were a couple of treats to welcome us into the room (mini Easter eggs etc). The shower was hot despite a notice in the room that it might take a while for hot water to come through.
Disliked: The room had a stuffy smell which got better after we kept the windows open for a while. The curtains are not very thick and you can easily see into the room. Morning light was less of a problem as view into the small courtyard helped reduce sunlight in the mornings.

Liked: Great location. Freshly renovated room. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was available for 11euros
Disliked: Some of the building was dated but they appear to be renovating and we had a lovely fresh room on the second floor

A Very Pleasant Stay

Liked: A charming and comfortable hotel. The hostess was welcoming and pleasant. The location was quiet, but only steps away from sites and restaurants. I was in room 3, and it was recently renovated. It was comfortable, large, and very fresh feeling. The breakfast was nice as well. Great coffee. All in all, it was a very nice stay. If I'm ever in Narbonne again, I know where I will stay

Liked: This was the second time that we were staying at this hotel, the rooms are comfy, great mattress, and it's just across the street from the market, perfect location. Easy to park right near the entrance. But the best thing is the staff - so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.

Liked: Very chik and elegant little hotel, very close to the centre. The staff is very pleasantly happy to help.
Disliked: It has no coffee facilities in the room, that would have made this charming hotel a golden star.
