Liked: Did not like this place at all. Only the nice location.
Disliked: Everything is dirty, the staff is unoganized. They changed my check in time three times. Had a horrible check out service. Breakfast was horrible, no options, food looojed days old. When I finally got my room it was not properly clean, even found my towel on the floor.

Disliked: rooms could be improved with some touch up painting and a refresher. fridge didn't work but staff were very helpful in accommodating my needs.

If location is your number...

Liked: I booked last minute, hence I had to take the last room available which has three beds when I only needed two. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My friend and I love the location the most. It is in the heart of Aix, right behind Cours Maribeau (main street), and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants that we want to eat at. The property is old and some areas (staircase, entrance, bedroom) could use some renovation. That said, our bathroom was very clean and spacious, and the location is the best. We paid premium price for the location. We are happy with this hotel.
Disliked: The staircase is too old and dirty. The front desk area can use a facelift.
